Currently we are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to support the European region. This position will be located in Gdansk, Poland and will report to the Global Director of Human Resources.
The role:
The HRBP Europe will be responsible for the deployment of key HR policies and processes and executing the People and Organization Strategy. He/she will proactively guide the delivery of HR services based on a solid understanding of both HR processes and organization"s needs
Essential duties and responsibilities include:
Daily point of contact for employees (regular and flexible workforces) and people managers with respective client groups for queries.
Talent Acquisition responsibilities, sourcing, interviewing, coordinating and recruiting candidates as well as sometimes managing the relations with external recruiting agencies in respective locations.
Assuring a smooth onboarding process and integration within the company for both types of workforces.
Provide ongoing advice and support to employees, interpret policies and procedures and applies judgment of application for their business;
Keep abreast of changes to policies (in all the countries), legislation and processes through working closely with corporate legal department engaging with local attorneys when necessary, ensuring that managers are receiving the correct advice;
Administer company benefits programs where applicable;
Develop, maintain, and continuously improve reporting processes for the HR community;
Support the development and conduction of various HR programs (ex.: Onboarding, New Hire Orientation, performance evaluation, HR events and calendars, Recognition, Internal communication, etc.)
Talent management:
Assist managers during probation periods to ensure successful integration of new joiners;
Help in the development and implement the employee performance review & promotion process:
Support People managers in any disciplinary, performance improvement or grievance processes and subsequent meetings required engaging the legal team as required.
Required skills:
Min. 2 years" experience in a similar position:
Ability to build strategies, implementation procedures, optimize HR processes:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, self-confidence and maturity to effective cooperation with employees at all levels;
Pro-activity, independence in action, responsibility, creativity;
Awareness and interest in new trends in human resources managementVery good English knowledge at good level (required)
