We are currently searching for HR Business Partner.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensuring that CPL is in compliance with all legal requirements and applying best practice at all times
- Ensuring HR policies and procedures are updated in line with current legislation. Developing new policies in line with changing requirements.
- Maintaining effective & constructive relationships with all management and staff to effect positive change to new environment
- Supporting Team Managers and Team Leaders in implementing business change
- Monitoring attrition levels, identify trends and work with team leaders to ensure we achieve target attrition
- Providing Management Information in respect of all required HR Statistics
- Producing standard and ad-hoc reports as requested
- Managing the process for new hires to point of end of probation
- Building two-way effective relationships with managers and other Business Partners
- Building & manage own personal identity with key stakeholders
- Being main point of contact for employees in order to address their HR concerns
- Developing & implementing strategic HR initiatives as requirements identify
- Having an active involvement in, and a positive contribution to any HR Projects that may arise
- People management
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and organisation skills
- Good knowledge of employment law and HR policy & procedure
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
- Bachelors Degree, Diploma in HR or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Good working knowledge of Employment Legislation
- CIPD qualified or part-qualified
- Knowledge of IT Helpdesk environment
- Ability to listen and be objective in all situations
- Proven record of maintaining confidentiality
