Support HR Site and Plant Manager in all HR activities for the specific site such as:
- labor relations, including collective bargaining, strategy and negotiations
- wage and salary administration
- employees training and development
- placement

Execute efficient, cost competitive, consistent and legally compliant HR processes and services in the area of:
- talent acquisition/recruitment
- site communication
- labor/employee relations
- personnel policies & guidelines
- HR management systems
- coaching/counseling managers and responding to employees' inquiries
- learning and development
- HR reporting & metrics
- payroll & HR transactions
Support the HR Site/Plant Manager into ensuring the implementation of the global HR strategy for the site/plant and to provide the necessary input and feedback Involved in some site/plant coordination activities (catering, security, medical services)
- at least 2 years of professional experience in HR site management in all its aspects
- experience in an industrial environment (automotive, components, machine construction)
- advanced experience in industrial relations
- direct hands on experience in all aspects of human resources including:
- leadership
- employee development
- change management
- compensation
- recruitment
- employee relations
- labor law
- experience working within a fast-paced, complex, dynamic and multi-cultural business environment
- fluent in English
- good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint)
