For our Client - big international company - leader on the market, we are looking for HR Manager
Responsibilities:
- Recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company
- Strong cooperation with the Management while executing HR Strategies
- Provide management coaching to build leadership capabilities and address employee issues
- Create and drive effective employee relations, retention and reward programs (talent assessments)
- A true hands-on approach -ongoing monitoring level of employee engagement
- Influence and partner with all levels of the organization to achieve results
- Implement corporate policies/programs/procedures
Requirements:
- Min 5 years of experience on the similar position
- Expert knowledge of Human Resources Management
- Advanced level of English
- Experience in building HR policy
- Strong internal and external customer service focus
- Analytical skills
- Interpersonal skills – ability to work with individuals at different levels of organization
- Experience in working in fast-pace organization
