For our client, shared services centre of multinational organization, we are currently searching for experienced HR Manager.
The person we are looking for will be responsible for managing teams working in a different HR areas – HR Admin, Payroll, Time Management. He/she will influence process scope, training and people decisions relating to the process serviced, will be responsible for End to End case management of cases, service excellence ( meeting KPIs, SLAs), stakeholder satisfaction, process improvement, issue analysis and resolution, process and resource optimization.
His/her accountabilities will also include managing teams and maintaining employee satisfaction, resolving Customer Cases and work on escalated cases, assisting team members to research and solve customer cases, identify trends and high volume inquires that may indicate corporate-wide issues, maintaining good service level, training, developing and coaching team members, conduct quality monitorings for Team, ensuring Team meets audit and compliance requirements
We expect the Candidates to possess 6-8 years of HR experience, min 2 years as HR Manager/HR Business Partner, knowledge of global HR policies & Practices, prior Team Management Experience required, proficiency in
Polish and English in business context. He/she should also have Customer Service Orientation, Commitment to Excellence, Strategic Perspective.
