Job description

  • Maintains all personnel policies and procedures and provide guidance and interpretation to staff.

  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to HR, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.

  • Provides advise to BUs on implementation of common employment policies

  • Owns Joiners and Leavers processes and related policies

  • Owns International Assignments process and related policies

  • Owns Compensation & Benefits process and related policies

  • Provides timely and effective payroll services to BU’s in line with local regulations

  • Ensures employee master data and employee files are maintained in line with the relevant regulations

  • Manages HR Sickness management administration services and International Assignment services in line with contractual agreements

  • Provides regular and ad hoc reporting to the management

  • Ensures statutory reporting to GUS (Government Statistical Office), ZUS (Social Security) and Tax Office

  • Ensures HR Service Desk is appropriately staffed and relevant functional training is provided with a special focus on data security and confidentiality issues

  • Effectively manages the team, including recruitment, development, performance and career management

  • Drives service and quality improvement initiatives

  • Ensures high customer satisfaction and drives business development opportunities

  • In cooperation with Global Process Owners implements Global Process Model and related tools across the services managed

Candidate’s profile

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in personnel administration and payroll function

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in managing a team

  • Desirable educational background – degree / postgraduate in Human Resources Management

  • Excellent HR expert knowledge, including local labour law,  social insurance  rules, tax regulations

  • Maturity,  high personal standards

  • Good analytical skills and attention to details

  • Very good communication skills and customer service skills

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines

  • Good knowledge of English

  • Good knowledge of HR systems and Excel
