German for the position of
HR Specialist Location: KrakowThe HR Specialist will be member of the Krakow HR Shared Service team providing high quality day-to-day service in the area of Human Resources. You will provide support in multiple areas of HR administration for Company employees located in countries with no local HR departments.
The Successful Candidate will be responsible for providing expertise advice to employees in any HR related queries, preparing all kinds of HR documentation and files, maintaining high quality data processed in HR systems (SAP HR), providing reports to the Client within the scope of responsibilities, assisting in recruitment processes, coordination &monitoring training and development activities as well as reacting to the Client requests and queries in a timely and professional manner.
Ideal Candidate has professional experience, preferable
in HR outsourcing, Service Centre, Contact Centre, finance or in similar role, has minimum Bachelor degree, speaks both
English and
German fluently, has strong communication skills and systematic approach, is a team worker and has strong detail orientation and accuracy.
