Currently for our Client, fast-growing Shared Service Center in Poznań, we are looking for: HR Team Leader (US team).
Poznań
Working hours: 14:00 - 22:00
You would be responsible for:
- Managing Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, HR Administration, Learning processes for US market,
- Managing business plan and budgets for processes n alignment with the Process Operations Lead,
- Active participation in process improvement projects,
- Process performance (KPI's) monitoring,
- Task allocation to team members,
- Providing motivational and developmental systems to employees,
- Taking care of a great team atmosphere and team cooperation.
Requirements:
- Higher education (degree in HR or management would be a great asset),
- Fluent English (min. C1 level) is a must have,
- Proven people management experience,
- Experience in SSC / BPO environment,
- Working experience in HR and process management,
- Problem solving skills,
- Highly developed interpersonal skills,
- Advanced MS Office (Excel),
- SAP experience would be an asset.
