We are expanding the Capability Network Team in Warsaw and we are looking for an experienced and accomplished Human Resources Strategy & Transformationprofessionals.
Accenture HR Strategy & Transformation help clients create HR organizations, processes and practices that deliver measurable improvements in the performance of people and the organization. We collaborate with our clients to put integrated programs in place to:
- Create an HR strategy that is closely integrated with both the business strategy and the human capital strategy to support business outcomes while delivering high-value talent and HR services that drive an improved employee and manager experience.
- Design and implement an HR operating model capable of delivering talent and HR services efficiently and effectively on a global scale to support the critical needs of the business.

Willing to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term

Willing to travel min. 50% (annual) of time and could be more. Travel is required and may be 80%-100% on a weekly basis on some projects (typically Monday – Friday) for some periods during the year
- Project Delivery and Management: Lead small to medium-size teams to deliver projects for global clients, manage project economics including planning and budgeting, define deliverable content, manage stakeholders and ensure buy-in of proposed solutions. This may include: working with client to define, plan and execute projects, leading team on projects
- Business Development: Work as part of a joint global sales team to identify and win potential opportunities. Business development responsibilities will be two-fold – help win projects with clients and generate internal business for Capability Network from the global practice
- People Development: Perform role of counselor and coach, provide input and guidance into the firm’s staffing process, provide training on consulting essentials and actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities
- Minimum bachelor's degree
- 8-10 years of professional experience
- Relevant experience in HR SSC / BPO projects, including target operating model design, set up and transition management
- Should have consulting, team management and project delivery experience
- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) is required
- Good level of the other foreign language e.g. German, Italian, French, Spanish would be strong asset
- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communications competencies
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and multiple commitments/projects simultaneously
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented and distributed delivery environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
