HRIS Administration & Systems Manager

Requirements:
- 2 to 5+ years progressively responsible experience with HRM systems
- Advanced in PC skills including Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, excellent planning and follow-up skills required; ability to multi-task.
- Intermediate to expert working knowledge of relational databases
- Intermediate to expert skills in pulling data using SQL
- Intermediate to expert understanding of functional SQL database reporting tools
- Understanding of basic IT development practices (requirements gathering, documentation, implementation, migration)
- Basic knowledge around networks, data communication processes and data security
- Expert analytical, decision making and problem solving skills
- Ability to analyse complex data and develop recommendations and design solutions
- Strong customer and results orientation
- Ability to interact effectively at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity
- Ability to function as an effective team member
- Ability to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information; strong ethics and integrity
- Ability to work autonomously and at a fast pace; initiative, wide degree of creativity, and results-focused
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Responsibilities:
- Partners with regional HR Managers and IS to provide technological solutions and advice to address HR challenges
- Helps to troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions
- Supports EMEA HR systems and technology-related initiatives
- Assists in the development or modification of existing HR system processes and programs to meet changing business demands
- Manages all EMEA HR system upgrades and new module functionality implementation
- Conducts audits to ensure integrity of employee data and benefit information, and alignment with other systems
- Oversees the data integrity and quality of the HR systems
- Conducts training of Regional HR specialist teams on how to use system features
- Responsible for the data security HR systems
- Responsible for keeping documentation up to date and accurate and coordinating the approval process for current Headcount / RTH system via Senior Management approval system and HRIS
- Creates and provides analytics, reports and organization charts using HRIS
- Manages the smooth running of the EMEA Service Award Program
- Works on Ad hoc Projects as required
- Ensures that data protection documentation are accurate and renewed as appropriate for the region.
