On behalf of our Client, a growing SSC that provides finance and accounting services from the West of Poland, we are currently recruiting for the position of a Improvement Associate.

Your role will involve: conducting audits and measure quality of Finance and Accounting operations, processing, reporting and monitoring F&A transaction, analyzing data, e.g. customer satisfaction surveys.

Successful candidate should speak English fluently, know Dutch on at least basic level (A2), have excellent MS Access, MS Excel and VBA knowledge. Experience in finance/ accountancy related role is also expected. A degree in Economy or Econometrics related field would be an asset. Candidates should communicate effectively and operate well in an international environment.
