Your new company
On behalf of our Client, a global SSC established in Cluj-Napoca, we are currently seeking Candidates for the position of Network Infrastructure Technology Specialist.

Your new role
The position of Network Infrastructure Technology Specialist will be in charge with monitoring, configuring and maintaining software and system infrastructure on a day-to-day basis including 2nd level technical support. You will identify and manage all changes from high priority fixes to major new technology developments and coordinate roll-outs and implementations for smooth transition into live system.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to have a similar previous experience of at least 5 years. Very good communication skills in English are a must, while German skills are a major advantage.
Regarding the technical skills, we are looking for candidates who can handle ticketing system and understands ITIL service processes, with network technology and protocols knowledge, strong skills for network troubleshooting, technologies and products.
