Accenture Operations is one of Accenture key capabilities dedicated to work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, helpdesk services, and HR. We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our clients move ahead of the competition.
- Supporting the invoice boking process; performing manual corrections
- Performing internal audit on booked invoices
- Raising, routing and managing invoice exceptions with external or internal stakeholders
- Customer service: dealing with e-mail and phone queries, maintaining a regular relationship with suppliers and client
- Vendor account maintenance
- Preparing monthly and weekly reports (e.g. daily status report, cash forecast & spent report, balance sheet analysis)
- Ad hoc activities and reporting associated with the role
- Educational background in finance, accounting or economy is an advantage
- Very good English (B2 level)
- Very good Portuguese or Spanish (at least B2 level).
- Good operational knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) will be an asset
- High accuracy and focus on details
- Ability to work analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Ability to plan, organize and perform work in accordance with the targets
- Pro-active business approach, aimed to resolve business/people issues
