Job Description

Key area of responsibility:
- Supporting organization of workshops and trainings for customers
- Creating, editing and localization of case studies
- Operational cooperation with marketing agencies
- Daily operational support of current marketing activities using internal systems
- Localization or adoption of presentations
- Translations of basic materials (ENG-PL, PL-ENG)
- Support in varius projects‘ coordination
- Cooperation with various departments, mainly with digital department
- Other administrative tasks
We are looking for:
- Last year student (optimally in 4th/5th year) or graduate, preferably in the field of Management/Marketing or Journalism
- Fluent English (both orally and in writing) is obligatory
- Fluent Polish (both orally and in writing) is obligatory
- Excellent communication skills, open personality
- Proactive approach, willingness to learn, adaptibility
- Self-drive and pro-active approach, able to work independently and within a team in virtual environment
- Creativity, accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a changing environment to meet demanding deadlines and timescales
- Ability to effectively prioritize and organize workload, multi-task is essential
- Very command of MS Office suite, specifically advanced MS Excel (analysis, statistics, pivot tables)
