is the central business services platform for one of the world's largest airline groups. In Krakow group’s finance, procurement or HR operations are led.
Your new role
The main purpose of this role is to lead and maintain the internal communications for the company during a period of significant transformation. To foster a culture of open, transparent information so that all team members and stakeholders are aware of and aligned to company's vision and direction. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in telling the transformation story, and engaging across the Group with consistent and compelling messages that build and inspire confidence. This role will work closely with senior leadership team, internal teams, programme transformation and also the communication teams in the operating companies to develop and protect a consistent joined-up narrative that successfully embeds the company's target operating model in the hearts and minds of our audience. Your responsibilities will be related to building communications strategy for the whole company, communication planning & management, managing authoring and governance, channel management & events.
What you need to have to succeed
- Excellent English skills
- Ability to deal with a broad range of communication activities and channels
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish credibility for professional input at all levels of the organisation
- Ability to operate effectively in an environment with tight deadlines, finite resource and uncertainty
- Ability to self-manage & operate independently but also take clear & specific direction
- Self-motivation and a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Organisational skills and ability to prioritise
- Excellent attention to details
- Track record of managing communications for large transformation programmes
- Experience of working in an environment of change involving people, process, policy and technology
- Worked at senior level in large multi-function organisation
- Good knowledge of SharePoint and Power Point
- Degree level qualification or equivalent, preferably in a communications related subject
