Key responsibilities
Telephone contact with customers:
- Customer acquisition and outbound calling
- Customer advice in product selection and delivery
- Selling applications/solutions of various products from company portfolio
- Managing Customer satisfaction: handling of complaints
Offer & order management:
- Offer generation and negotiation
- Elaboration of technical solutions for Sales and Product Application Engineers
- Recording offers and orders and in the internal systems
- Supplier management (on time delivery, right quality and quantity)
- Keeping customer data updated
- Proactive communication to all affected persons internally and externally
- Strong internal cooperation with various dpt. incl. sales, procurement and competence teams
Requirements
- Basic technical/mechanical education or basic commercial education
- Internal sales experience with technical products
- Ability to understand technical drawings
- Service oriented
- Reliable & efficient
- Team-player
- Self-driven
- Knowledge of IT-Tools (MS Office, Sales Tools)
- Fluent local language (written & oral)
- Basic German and English skills (written & oral)
