International Account Support

The person on this position would support commercial activities as customer service reference of the group of accounts from different European markets via web, phone, e - mail and fax and occasionally on face to face meetings. The duties on this position would be: day to day management of dedicated customer accounts, be the remote account manager and acting as the single contact point to the customer, handling the incoming orders, customer requests, follow up the distributions, promoting actively company 's products.

The person on this position must have very good command of both English and Polish, other European languages (like Hungarian, French, Spanish, Dutch) would be an advantage. The person should have some experiences in sales support / customer service / telephone sales. Experience in technical company (construction or industrial sector) would be an advantage. Our Client requires experience with MS Office, usage of ERP system, order processing system is a great advantage. We are waiting for candidates with excellent communication skills, positive attitude and team spirit.
