- Work within offshore part of a distributed team that provides BAU („Business as Usual") services for a portfolio of applications.
- Develop application enhancements
- Initial technical analysis of incoming issues
- Resolve incoming incidents and service requests
- Coordinate activities with multiple groups, including deployment and environment support teams
- Applications monitoring
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
- Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues
- Prepare accurate and timely reports
- Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles
- BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
- Strong native JavaScript experience is a must
- Proficient understanding of web markup and styling languages (HTML5, CSS3, SASS)
- Experience with at least one of the popular JavaScript frameworks (jQuery, AngularJS, React, Backbone, EmberJS)
- Software development experience in Swift or Objective-C using iOS or OS X frameworks
- Knowledge of the iOS SDK performance tools and optimization techniques
- Strong understanding of OS UI guidelines
- Experience in utilizing multi-threading technologies to create highly responsive data intensive applications
- MS SQL working experience, advanced data querying and analyzing skills
- Good knowledge with web service architecture, protocols, security and data formats (Ex. REST, OAuth, JSON, etc.) and implementation patterns on iOS platform including both Apple and 3rd party tools/frameworks
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- SharePoint platform development experience would be beneficial
- Flexibility in work late hours if required
