On behalf of our Client, leading International Technology Company based in Krakow, we are currently looking for candidates interested in full-time employment as IT Customer Helpdesk Engineer with French and English.
While working on this position you will be responsible for providing support for customers' via e-mail or telephone, solving IT related issues, prioritizing tasks, using ticketing system, preparing analysis, providing feedback to users, supporting team members, maintaining high standards of customer service according to procedures.
Successful Candidate should be fluent in French, have working knowledge of English and hold University Degree. Must have experience in using MS Office tools and advanced computer skills. Previous experience in IT field, degree in Computer Science or customer service experience would be a strong asset. We are looking for candidates with strong communication and solving-problems skills who are quick learners and self-motivated to solve customers’ issues.
