For our Client, Company providing outstanding IT outsourcing solutions, we are currently looking for Help Desk Analyst with German language with good knowledge of English.
The day-to-day responsibilities include: providing hardware / software / network problem diagnosis / resolution via telephone for customer’s end users. Examining all problems; evaluating complexity, impact and priority, giving required support efficiently and effectively and in accordance with priority, impact and objectives, software installing/de-installing, back up maintenance.
Ideal Candidate would be characterised by
pleasant personality and a keen awareness of the importance of excellent customer service.
Strong communication skills,
both in written and verbal German with
good knowledge of English, attention to details in high-pressure situations and excellent computer skills are essential to succeed in this position. Holding degree in Computer Science (or related courses) would be an advantage.
