Requirements:
- Fluent in English and in one of the following languages: German / French/Dutch / Danish / Swedish/Norwegian
- Ability to learn and maintain a high level of knowledge of the clients computing environment
- Excellent telephone, listening and communication skills
- Ability to work various shifts
- Experience in IT area is not required but will be strong asset
- Experience with service management system and customer service will be an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Management system to track and facilitate the handling of all customer incidents and/or service requests
- Answer questions regarding system errors or usage instruction
- Maintain a high level of teamwork and communication
- Providing first-line investigation and diagnostics
- Password resets, user account creation
