Krakow, we are currently looking for candidates willing to find employment in the area of IT and to work on the position of
Helpdesk Engineer with Spanish and Portuguese.
While working on this position you will be responsible for solving IT related issues such as: dealing with incidents, responding for customer’s queries via calls, e-mails, prioritizing and classifying incidents, using ticketing system, preparing documents, providing feedback to users, supporting team members, maintaining high standards of customer service up to procedures.
Successful Candidate should be
fluent in Portuguese and Spanish with working knowledge of English.
We are looking for people who
are passionate about IT field, have good knowledge of Windows Operating systems, MS Office tools, Internet browsers and who would be able to provide computer support (laptop, desktops, printers). Previous experience in IT field or in call centre would be perceived as a strong asset.
