While working on this position you will be responsible for solving IT related issues such as: dealing with incidents, responding for customer’s queries via calls, e-mails, prioritizing and classifying incidents, using ticketing system, preparing documents, providing feedback to users, supporting team members, maintaining high standards of customer service up to procedures.
Successful Candidate should be
fluent in German with working knowledge of English. Must have experience in using MS Office tools and computer skills. Previous experience in IT field would be perceived as a strong asset. We are looking for candidates with strong
communication and solving-problems skills who are
quick learners and
self-motivated to solve customer’s issues.
