Ciber is a global IT consulting company delivering services all over the world. The office located in Poznań is the first branch and Ciber’s main Competence Centre in the Central Europe. Our local Shared Service Center in Poznan provides services worldwide in area of: IT, Finance and Accounting as well as Recruitment.
Responsibilites:
- Create job descriptions.
- Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position
- Efficiently and effectively fill open positions
- Research and recommend new sources for candidate recruiting
- Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
- Conduct prescreening interviews
- Post opening in related media
- Effectively support the NA recruiters team: cooperate, collaborate with them within US working hours: 11am-7pm
Requirements/Knowledge Skills:
- 2-3 years of staffing/recruitment experience
- Excellent inter-personal skills, communication skills and team based project experience
- Clear understanding of the end to end recruitment lifecycle processes
- Proficient computer skills including the Microsoft Office and in depth knowledge of data mining and internet research.
- Fluent English is a must
- Good influencing skills – capable of selling a job and the company by phone
- Ability to assess candidates by phone and CV against set criteria
