IT Security Specialist (Mid, Senior Level) M/F
Location: Wrocław, Poznań
Job Description:
- Conduct research on emerging security threats;
- Develops focused reporting and briefings for cyber threats and activity;
- Supports Security Operation Center analysis, handling and response activity;
- Provide reports and metrics on workloads and performance;
- Maintains situational awareness reports for advanced threats such as advance persistent threats;
- Perform security tool maintenance updates and upgrades as assigned;
- Author Global Standard Operating Procedures and training documentation when needed;
- Participate on team to assist to provide analysis, communication abilities and mentorship of other analysts.
Requirements:
- Higher Education Degree in Computer Science, etc.;
- 2-3 years of experience in IT Security;
- IT Security Operations Center environment experience with security monitoring experience is essential;
- Solid working experience with any of the following tools is required: UNIX, Windows, Sourcefire IDS, McAfee EPO, Cisco ASA, or other packet capturing solutions;
- Ability to identify and assess reasonably foreseeable internal and external risks to the security, confidentiality and availability of information and systems using a documented approved process;
- Provide expertise with security technologies including Intrusion Detection and Prevention Systems, Firewalls and Log Analysis, SIEM, Network Behavior Analysis Tools, Anti virus, Network Packet Analyzers, malware analysis and forensic tools;
- Excellent command of English (B2/C1+).
