On behalf of HAYS`s key Client, globally Company, for internal Service Desk team, we are currently looking for IT Service Desk Manager.
IT Service Desk Manager position will be responsible for workload, prioritization and daily management for the team. The person on this position will liaising with other managers located both in Lodz and globally and manage financial controls for the Service Desk. Main accountability will be maintain and report key performance indicators and make sure that incidents are properly resolved.
The suitable Candidate for this role should have an experience in managing people and Service Desk background. You should be knowledgeable in ticketing systems, Widows environment and ITIL.
Due to working in an international environment very good English (written and spoken) is a must.
