International Company based in Krakow, we are currently looking for candidates willing to develop professionally in the area of
IT.
While working on this position you will be responsible for all IT related issues such as: restoration, performing service requests, cooperation with IT departments, reacting professionally and quickly for incidents, notifying maintenances, outages and news to the business and monitoring service.
Successful Candidate should be
fluent in English and French and hold University Degree preferably in Computer Science. Should have
previous experience in IT field (help desk/service desk) and good knowledge of MS Office tools together with advanced computer skills. Also, the ideal candidate should have strong communication and solving-problems skills.
