Your new company
For one of our Clients, a well-established global company from IT sector we are currently looking for Service Level Manger.
Your new role
Within the role you will be responsible for Service Level Management process, including process description, guidelines, procedures, but also renewal of contracts, notice of cancellation. As a part of 4-people team you will be solely responsible for managing and maintaining the purchasing pipeline and securing, that purchasing activities are handed over to the Service Owner for negotiation. You will also be accountable for the Service Catalogue - securing, that relevant information on various contracts is available in one overall system.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for skilled and mature Candidates with previous experience in IT Project Management, including supplier negotiations, degree in IT, Business or Purchasing / Procurement, excellent English language skills as well as great presentation and communication skills.
