For our Central Support Team we are seeking the following:
- defining the requirements and realizing the needs of our operational teams and monitor/test the implementation of the processes throughout our software development cycle,
- being central contact for our international service delivery managers and our software developers,
- implementing international IT service delivery projects dedicated to our internal needs,
- analyzing existing or/and new business processes with its deep understanding.
- min. half a year of experience as Requirements Engineer, Business Analyst or Software Project Manager,
- MS SQL knowledge,
- self-organized, ambitious, well-structured attitude,
- agile, goal oriented approach,
- experience in working within international teams and projects
- fluent English.
- Business Modeling experience with UML/BPMN tools usage,
- German language skills.
