Requirements:
- Fluent in English and one of the following languages: Swedish/Norwegian
- Experience in IT area is not required;
- Experience with service management system and customer service will be an asset;
- Ability to learn and maintain a high level of knowledge of the clients computing environment;
- Excellent telephone, listening and communication skills;
- Ability to work various shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Management system to track of all customer incidents and/or service requests;
- Answer questions regarding system errors or usage instruction;
- Maintain a high level of teamwork and communication;
- Providing first-line investigation and diagnostics;
- Password resets, user account creation.
