Responsibilities:
- Customer service in the range of technical support: installation and configuration of the applications and information system.
- Know-how support for the client in the range of software/hardware.
- Cooperation with the co-workers from the variety of internal departments.
- Compliance with the procedures and the guidelines regarding performed duties and customer service.
Requirements:
- Fluent Danish and English language skills
- Well-developed analytical and organization skills.
- Experience is not required – the client provides full introduction trainings.
- General knowledge of: Windows, Office, Active Directory, Outlook 2003/2010, WAN/LAN, Java
- Perform duties in a timely manner.
- High developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong focus on professional customer service
- Fast learning skills.
- Experience in the similar position is welcome
