Job Description:
- Providing 2nd line of support for Windows/Linux Server Environments
- Maintaining and upgrading server operating systems
- Troubleshooting, optimizing, and resolving capacity issues
- Providing support for users/customers
Requirements:
- University Degree in IT field or related
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience on similar job position
- Experience with Windows Server 2003/2008 administration
- Very goo knowledge of Linux (RHEL)
- Knowledge of Backup and Recovery issues
- Experience with AD, Exchange, TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS
- Knowledge of VMware, Hyper – V and Scripting languages
- Microsoft and ITIL certificates would be an advantage
- Very good knowledge of English language
