Responsibilites
- Be a part of team of JS/Flex developers
- Participation in the team staffing
- Analysis - talking to users and understanding requirements
- Architectural design and development
- Mentoring of junior and regular developers
- Performing of architectural and code reviews
- Taking a key role in the estimation and planning process
- Design and develop components of a large-scale bank system
- Improve processes
Requirements
Technical expertise:
- Java Script, Html 5
- Tools - Team City, Git, Unix
- C# - optional
Soft skills:
- Upper Intermediate English
- Good communication skills: active listener, translates ideas effectively, works out mutually agreeable solution
- Reliable: risk management, responsible for group results.
- Team player: understands team members needs, capabilities
