Zadania:
We are looking for a junior Change and Release Management team member. Position requires close collaboration with Engineering and Operations Units, as well as interaction with and reporting to peers. The role requires good communication skills and ability to interact with Management. If you would like to take part in interesting projects and work in an international team in the financial sector, join us and take a role responsible for:
- Coordination of the banking systems regular release process rollouts (define plans, ensure completeness and integrity of the release components, proper tracking, adequate communication to relevant stakeholders and release notes)
- Coordination of the incidents within incident management process
- Coordination of the problems within problem management process
- On time delivery of all process outputs as defined in the procedures
- Generation and updates of the KPI reporting
- Development of new and update of the existing process - provides valued input into the definition and improvement of best practice
- Understanding of the ITIL processes
- Knowledge of all phases of the software development lifecycle
- Teamwork, very good interpersonal and communication skills
- Dealing with conflict and relationship management
- Ability to quickly develop an understanding of the processes, its environment and related issues
- Proficient English skills
Nice to have:
- ITIL V3 Foundation Certificate
- Release Management experience
