Junior Payroll Data Analyst NGO English
Work location: Cracow
The scope of work:
- Coordinate the receiving of payslips from our 3rd party providers (globally)
- Verify the data and accuracy of the files - full audit or random sampling depending on the country
- Upload payroll document to the payslip portal
- Audit the data uploaded
- Timely escalation of issues related to audit or system performance
- Raise process and tool enhancement ideas to Team Lead or Operations Manager
- Reporting of the tool, usage
- Performance management of the payslip tool
- Ensure the calendar / checklist is up to date
- Perform other Payroll duties as required
