Your role

- detect, validate and notify relevant stakeholders of Lifecycle Events on held positions
- ensure the timely and accurate instruction of Lifecycle Events to relevant parties and the appropriate representation in trade repositories
- validate that all Trade Repositories contain complete and accurate positions post event processing and ensure effective resolution of identified issues
- ensure timely and accurate Settlement of Market facing trade activity including exception identification, resolution and claims management.
Your team
You will be working in the Investment Administration Lifecycle Event Processing Service Delivery Function, monitoring, processing and controlling events on Cleared and Non Cleared OTC positions (e.g. maturity, expiry, roll, exercise, interest payments and credit events). In addition, the Team are also responsible for Settlement Monitoring and Control of all Market facing activity.
The team, based in Wroclaw, Poland, is part of a global function which has presence in London, Chicago, Zurich and Singapore. The team works in close conjunction with Investment Teams, external counterparties and custodians and various global functional Operations teams.
Your experience and skills
You have:
- 2 3 years minimum experience within an OTC Lifecycle Event Processing environment
- in depth knowledge of the rationale and impact of lifecycle events
- experience processing cyclical events such as CDS Rolls and IRS Coupon Payments
- experience of monitoring and instructing settlements via industry tools
- an understanding of Global Markets, Exchange practices and a wide range of OTC Instruments.
- a strong risk-awareness mentality and knowledge of global regulations for Asset Managers.
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- the ability to multi-task and solve problems in a fast-paced team environment
You are:
- degree Educated
- fluent in English
- adaptable, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- highly numerate and have excellent PC skills, including excel (VBA is desirable)
- accountable for your actions
- able to work collaboratively within a team, a self-starter and proactive in ensuring targets are met
- able to provide constructive challenge
- delivery orientated
