Your new company
On behalf of our Client, a global SSC established in Cluj-Napoca, we are currently seeking Candidates for the position of Local Desktop Support Specialist.

Your new role
The objective of the Local Desktop Support Specialist is to restore IT services as quick as possible and minimise adverse impact on operations.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to have a similar previous experience of at least 3 years. Very good communication skills in English and German are a must.
Regarding the technical skills, we are looking for candidates with excellent knowledge of PC hardware and software with an emphasis on Microsoft environments. Knowledge of all components of IT infrastructure including remote access (VPN), remote support tools, laptops and wireless devices, experience in supporting audio and video conferences (IP-based phone systems) are important and also being familiar with Microsoft Active Directory account administration and with Service Desk Ticketing software. Your troubleshooting skills and knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and MS Office Suite (2010 - 2013) should combine with the ability of communicating both in a technical and non-technical way.
