About you:
You are experienced IT leader or manager with strong leadership and exceptional interpersonal skills, who would like to take further challenges in providing a better every day IT experience for our IKEA employees and drive business development through the information technology. Communication both in English and Polish is your strong point and you are eager to use it while cooperating with various business partners.
About the job:
- you will manage IT operations in your assigned region,
- you will manage and lead the team of IT specialists,
- you will work closely with other country IT teams, Global IT and management teams in supported business units to ensure quality of services,
- you will support Country IT Manager in driving country IT agenda,
- this role is placed in the Country IT organisation and you will be directly reporting to the Country IT Manager Poland.
