Legnica Structures is the latest Lear production unit in Poland. It was established in 2012 and employs around 1000 talented individuals. Legnica Plant will eventually become the largest Lear facility in Automotive Seating Division product group in Europe.
Currently, we are looking for a strong manager to take a leadership in logistics area on the position of:
Workplace: Legnica (dolnośląskie)
Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will have full responsibility of managing the logistics function and providing leadership in an automotive production plant.

- Team management – develop and motivate the team, encourage to reach common goals (~10 direct reports)
- Managing the full operational cycle of logistics in the plant
- Launching new projects in line with corporate standards with operational excellence
- Provide excellent customer service and managing suppliers
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
- Organizing and controlling the utilization of resources
- Minimum 5 years’ experience on the managerial position in a matrix manufacturing environment, within automotive sector
- Higher education, preferably in logistics / supply chain
- Proven management record with strong focus on results and team management
- Fluency in English and Polish. German is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills - good communicator, leadership, high integrity
- Determined and decisive; uses initiative to develop effective solutions to problems
- The ability to plan ahead and deal with unexpected changes
