Description:
Unified Communications (Lync Server 2010) team is a part of Network, Security and Communication Services (NSCS). The primary responsibility of a Lync Server Specialist is to support and troubleshoot the Unified Communications (OCS, Lync Server) solutions in both small and large environments. The area of expertise involves knowledge and experience of several technical areas, mainly: MS Windows Server, Network, VOIP and MS Unified Communications solutions (Office Communications Server and Lync Server).
Role:
-advanced diagnosis of incidents and problems
- maintenance and development of Lync Server platforms
- management of server and application environment, system performance, service capacity and quality
- cooperation and consulting with experts in other technical areas
- design and deployment of Lync Server solutions (senior positions)
- technical expertise in bid process (senior positions)

- Office Communication Server R2, Microsoft Lync Server 2010
- VOIP foundations, SIP protocol and G711, RTAudio Codecs
- MCSA / MCITP Server Administrator,
- TS: Microsoft Lync Server 2010, Configuring
- TS: Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007, Configuring
- Ability to work well as a team member
- Ability to deal with multi-task issues
- Good communication skills
