M&A lead generation specialist

Responsibilites
- Work with M&A team and internal business stakeholders on development of ideal M&A target criteria
- Develop and execute a systematic lead generation plan based on the defined ideal target criteria including:
o Attending industry conferences and events;
o Conducting background research and profiling of identified targets;
o Proactively initiating contact with management teams potential identified targets;
o Coordinating efforts of external lead generation / corporate finance advisors;
o Maintaining and expanding network of sell-side investment banking contacts
- Coordinate with internal Analyst Relations team to identify and feedback key industry trends into M&A strategy
- Monitor and report on competitor M&A activities and trends
- Presenting results and conclusions to key internal stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Ideally Private Equity / VC background or buy-side IB boutique including international transaction experience
- In-depth experience in identifying, screening and researching small cap private companies, ideally in technology space
- Must have client / target facing experience and ability to represent Luxoft in initial meetings with potential M&A targets
- Ability to work independently
