INTITEK is looking for Maintenance Engineers to support Oil and Gas clients in Poland and abroad (Scotland).
As part of a dynamic team the Maintenance Engineer will be familiar with and responsible for the delivery of maintenance management systems and solutions. The candidate will be a team player and accustomed to working to deadlines and budgets. They will have experience in the Energy sector and be conversant with quality management systems and their controls.
Ideally the candidate will have a practical knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), AIMS (Accounting Information and Management System), ERP (Enterprise Resources Planning System) or EAM (Enterprise Asset Management System) solutions from a management, user or implementation perspective.
Main duties and responsibilities:

Confirm and validate Equipment Asset Registers / Master Equipment List from P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams) and single line drawings

Structure the register into a hierarchy of maintainable packages

Classification of all equipment items contained within the register

Contributing to maintenance strategy analysis (Failure Modes and Effects analysis, RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance), criticality, etc.) using software

Development of maintenance strategy to support the asset

Development of Planned Maintenance Routines for core discipline

Construction of planned maintenance program
-
Assist with workload smoothing and man-power projections

Assist with spares analysis for critical equipment

Work within the requirements of the Integrated Management System
For this position we are looking for the following background, experiences and capabilities:
Job skills:

Recognized engineering qualification or extensive practical maintenance experience

An in depth understanding of maintenance management practices and systems

Ability to develop asset registers, maintenance strategies and planned maintenance routine for core disciplines

The position will require frequent travel

Project Experience:

Demonstrated experience in a similar role

Actively involved in the management, use or implementation of Maintenance Management Systems

Extensive practical involvement in the maintenance of onshore or offshore assets within the Energy sector
Education and training:

Must possess a minimum of HNC (Higher National Certificate) or an equivalent qualification together with at least 3 years’ experience working in a similar role
or
-
A MEng/BSc engineering qualification and willingness to gain the necessary practical experience
