For more than 90 years, Chassis Brakes International has been developing and producing innovative brake systems for the global automotive industry. The Group's primary products - disc brakes, drum brakes, rotors and automated parking brakes -are supplied to original equipment manufacturers and through various aftermarket channels.
We are entering a phase of a very dynamic development with many new projects in CBI Poland: launches of new products, starting new processes and production lines. In order to achieve excellence in our current and future operations we are building up a high level of expertise in all areas of ours activities within our team in Poland.
We are looking for talented candidates for the position of:
Main Tasks:
- Maintenance management (including cutting tools setting and managing spare parts) based on CMM
- Budget planning and execution
- Achieving and tracking department’s KPIs
- Ensuring legal compliance of machines during release (cooperation with UDT)
- Ensuring day-to-day technical support for manufacturing department and new projects implementation
- Active participation in problem solving activities
- Strengthening TPM and Preventive Maintenance systems in the plant
- Leading improvement actions and supporting lean initiatives suggested by kaizen groups
- Cooperating with other CBI plants in order to share best practices
- Cooperating with external companies for services and project purposes
- Organizing maintenance department’s growth in accordance with the 5 years strategy of CBI
Requirements:
- Engineer degree (mechanics, automation, production systems)
- Min. 8 years’ experience in automotive business
- Min. 3 years’ experience in team leading role within technical department
- Fluency in English
- Extensive knowledge and experience in TPM methodology
- Knowledge of Polish legislation in regard to machine conformity (CE)
