Migration Coordinator – IAG GBS Purpose of the role: Accountable for coordinating the transition work-streams across IAG GBS scope through planning, controlling, reporting and people management of the migration team.
- Delivery of current and future (subject to consultations) migrations from IAG OpCos to GBS Operations working together with the GBS migration team.
- Management of migration approach, methodology and documentation for GBS Operations.
- Line management of migration team including recruitment, performance and talent management.
- Drive the continuous improvement across the migration methodology and process to streamline and standardise migration approach for GBS Operations.
- Management and reporting of I&P migration pipeline, roadmap and progress.
- Management of/liaison with key stakeholders in GBS Operations and IAG OpCos.
Other Willingness to travel and work in a multi-site/location environment. * Note: This role will be based primarily in IAG GBS Krakow office but the successful candidate will be expected to travel to any worldwide location and to work from any other location within the world at the Company's discretion. Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
- Professional Project Management accreditation desirable e.g. Prince2/APMP (Association of Project Management Professionals).
- Professional experience within project management role to manage the Transition/Migration of work to global service centres or 3rd party suppliers.
- Evidence of using project management skills and techniques and experience of working with different project methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across a diverse geographic region, with ability to challenge, engage with and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Excellent people manager with ability to inspire, lead, build and deliver through high performance teams.
- Strong business and financial acumen with ability to evaluate, analyse and solve problems.
- Commitment to service excellence and process improvement.
- Excellent English skills; working knowledge of Spanish will be an asset.
