My client is a well-recognized global organisation and they are looking for a Dynamics AX Support Analyst that has an understanding of Production/Manufacturing and is able to perform Tier I troubleshooting.
You will be the go to for all Dynamics AX technical needs and play a vital role in keeping the system up and running as well as making minor modifications and will be a communication channel between key AX users and technical teams across different European countries.
Main responsibilities:
- Resolution of AX2012 incidents and requests across the business with the main focus on Production/Procurement
Documentation and delivery of changes - Involvement in training of the solution to other support colleagues to expand our support team as we roll out the solution worldwide.
- Contribute to knowledge base growth for 1st line support.
- Cooperation with vendors and AX Project team to ensure a successful delivery of a global AX rollout
- Various AX activities to assist AX Project team which will include testing, documentation and development of new processes/requirements
Qualifications, experience and skills:
- 1-3 years’ experience in IT Support Analysis working in a Service Desk or project environment
- Dynamics AX in a 2nd or 3rd line support role
- Knowledge of other ERP systems would be an advantage
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of SharePoint would be useful
- Qualified or good experience of ITIL
- French or German would be useful
