Onboarding Specialist

The Onboarding Specialist provides guidance and oversight of onboardingactivities for new hires and transfers taking place in Warsaw location. Key objectiveof the role is to provide the support and expertise on the end-to-endonboarding process to the new joiners, manage onboarding projects and improveand maintain onboarding content in a very dynamic environment.
JobResponsibilities:
- Being responsible for the onboarding tools, resources and processes ensuring candidates are on-boarded appropriately
- Ensuring the onboarding process for all hires complies with company's regulatory and compliance requirements
- Managing, escalating and reporting of operational risk items within the responsibility of onboarding
- Liaising/being a point of contact for vendor stakeholders partnering within onboarding process
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders e.g. Recruitment Management, Background Screening, HR Service Centre, Campus Recruitment, other HR Expert groups
- Providing guidance around onboarding protocol to the Recruitment Admin team
- Striving for on-going improvements and operational efficiency / whilst maintaining appropriate levels of control and oversight on transactional activities
- Providing guidance on specialist onboarding queries (e.g. new joint ventures, Non-Exec Director onboarding, Senior Advisors)
- Oversight and delivery of the new joiner induction program
Qualifications:
- Master Degree or equivalent
- Up to 3 years of experience in HR area
- Fluent English
- Ability to act in fast pacing environment
- Excellent organizational skills including time management
- Analytical skills and problem solving approach with ability to challenge status quo
- Interpersonal skills with high level of stakeholder management abilities
- High level of communication and presentation skills
- Experience in an international work environment
