For our Client, global IT, outsourcing and consulting company we are looking for ambitious and pro-active individuals for the position of Operations Manager, willing to work and live in Timisoara, Romania .

In this role, you will be responsible for the management and scheduling of operations, dashboard reports, generation of MIS and performing trend analysis, handling Clients calls and escalation processes. You will contribute to the development of short and long term strategic business goals, create appropriate servicing and retention strategies for Customers. In this position, you will use your Managerial skills by providing functional support and direction to the team members, by monitoring their performance, proposing and assisting with training activities and providing coaching. 

What you'll need to succeed
Minimum 8 years experience in BPO environment, out of which at least 3 years in a People Manager role managing large teams,with degree in Economics/Accounting and a minimum of 6 years relevant experience in Finance & Accounting. It's very important to have excellent knowledge of end to end P2P, R2R, very good communication and people management skills. Working in a multicultural environment, knowledge of English at advanced level is a mandatory requirement.
