Operations Manager
Primary location: Szczecin
As the Operation Manager you will oversight, define, maintain and implement complex interdepartmental processes and procedures for entire local business. Assuring cross functional communication, you will also identify and manage daily business challenges.
Your responsibilities will be to define, maintain and implement local processes and procedures across different departments; define, implement and oversight achievement of Key Performance Indicators for Warehouse, Logistics, Purchasing, Warranty & Repairs and Operations Administrative Staff. You will be also responsible for facilities management: you will supervise the buildings maintenance, liaise with landlords and service providers, manage service outsourcing. Documentation management will be one of your task. Furthermore, you will assure documentation and processes compliance with relevant laws and company policies.
Being in charge of problem solving and risk management , you will also assure cross functional communication in the organization between various departments and function.
In addition to that you will be in charge of budget preparation and monitoring; you will implement company Health & Safety policies and monitor their abidance.
You hold min. 5 years experience in a similar position and you demonstrated technical background (education either relevant working experience). You have process definition and implementation experience, experience in facilities/buildings management and knowledge of commercial related laws& routines for import. You are a specialist in change management; problem solving, decision making and you demonstrate strong analytical skills. Moreover you speaking English fluently and you are willing to travel locally max. 10 % of the time
