Oracle Hyperion Analyst

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or MIS with experience within a blue chip environment preferably experience in a US multinational company.
- Excellent working knowledge of Hyperion Planning &/or Essbase (EPMA), Enterprise Reporting and Oracle Finance
- Experience with Oracle AIM Oracle's Application Implementation Methodology (AIM) and RD50 (Requirement documents)
- Proven track record of in data management supported by strong analytical skills within a commercial environment.
- General knowledge of fundamental financial concepts and analysis techniques
- Good team player with the ability to quickly establish credibility and build strong effective working relationships across a geographically diverse business
Responsibilities:
Provide day to day to support, write business rules/calculation scripts in support of the business planning process for EMEA.
- Responsible for the evolution of Standard Reports and the development of new reports to meet the needs of FP&A and the Business
- Leverage data visualizations to generate new insights
- Participate in the planning, development, upgrades and new system enhancements, work with the Corporate Hyperion Team to develop, test, install and modify programs
- Perform testing and debugging of data prior to moving solutions to production environment
- Provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluation and developing system solutions that meet or improve business standards
- Understand, coordinate and communicate EMEA FP&A requirements to the Corporate Hyperion Team, accounting for system limitations, timelines and resource availability
- Responsible for end user training – conduct online training and documentation and deliver where required classroom training
- Provide Real Time support in fixing Hyperion technical issues identified by the EMEA Director of FP&A
- Continue to research the Hyperion system capabilities to make improvement recommendations that support the FP&A Team
- Be involved with global initiative projects that will benefit EMEA and other regions
