Your new company
Global SSC established in Cluj-Napoca is building the team in Romania and is seeking for colleagues for the Order Center department.

Your new role
On the Order management Admin role, you'll have responsibility to provide high quality customer services to a portfolio of Company's Customers. Most frequent activities will be related to active managing of customer orders or customer demand planning in SAP, planning of orders, check of plausibility and alignment with customer regarding the real demand (in regards of volume and timing), date / order confirmation to customer,tracking and creation of order on hand lists,control of customer specifications for production. At the same time, you'll act as the interface for sales,quality, dispatch, production planning, demand planning at the plant sites.

What you'll need to succeed
Advanced knowledge of English and Czech or/and Polish language. Previous experience is an asset, preferable in a similar area: Customer Service, Sales, Logistics or related. Advance level of Excel knowledge would be highly desirable.
Since you'll have direct contact with the Customers, strong interpersonal communication skills and being highly customer focused are necessary competencies.
